Budget templates help you quickly create new budgets based on a predefined structure. Follow the steps below to create a new template or turn an existing budget into one.

Before You Start

Make sure your workspace has a brand named “Templates.”

If this brand already exists, you can continue. If not, please create it first. Simply navigate to Client and Brands section and click on "Add new".

Create a New Budget Template

Creating a budget template works the same way as creating a regular budget. The only difference is that you select the Templates brand.

1. Go to + New / or section Quotes -> +New budget

2. Select Budget

3. When choosing a brand, select Templates

• This ensures the budget will be saved as a template.

4. Name the project in a way that helps you recognize the template later (e.g., “Social Media Retainer Template”).

5. Complete the budget as usual and save it.

Your template is now ready to use.

Turn an Existing Budget into a Template

If you already have a budget you’d like to reuse, you can convert it into a template:

1. Open the existing budget.

2. Click the Duplicate icon (upper right corner).

3. In the Brand field, select Templates.

4. In the Project Name field, enter a name for your template.

5. In the third row, choose New Budget.

6. Confirm by clicking Duplicate.

Use Your Template to Create a New Budget

1. Go to + New

2. Select Budget

3. Choose From Template

4. Select the template you want to use.

Where to Find Your Budget Templates

You can view all your budget templates here: Quotes → Budgets

Use the Brand filter and choose Templates to display only templates.
