To duplicate the budget in order to use it in a new project, follow these steps:

1) open the budget you want to duplicate

2) click on the "Duplicate" icon in the upper right corner

3) select the brand, project, and target budget (you can select the New budget or duplicate the budget as a new version into the existing one)
