n Allfred, the PDF version of a budget is called a quote. To download a budget as a PDF, you create a quote from it and download it. Each quote has a unique number, which the client can use as a reference in their purchase order.
How to download a budget as a PDF
Go to Quotes → Budgets, or open a project and go to its Budgets tab.
Hover over the budget and click + Quote. If a quote already exists, click its quote number instead.
The quote opens with a preview on the left and settings on the right. Adjust the settings if needed and click Preview to refresh.
Click Download.
💡 Click Save to keep the quote in the list of quotes. You can then download it again at any time from Quotes → Quotes with the ⬇️ icon.

FAQ
Can I download several budgets in one PDF?
Yes. In the project’s Budgets tab, select the budgets with the checkboxes and click Create quote. Allfred creates one quote that contains all selected budgets.
Can I change the colors of the PDF?
Yes, you can change the color of the stripe on the title page and of the section headers. Contact [email protected] to set it up.
