Guide for all clients and partners invited to Allfred.io by their agencies.

As a client or external collaborator, your agency has invited you to Allfred.io to streamline project and task management. Whether you're part of a client team or an external partner (like an influencer), Allfred gives you access to relevant project information, tasks, and communication. Here's an overview of what you can do and see in Allfred.


Task List: Stay on Top of Your Tasks

Once invited, you can view all tasks assigned to you by the agency. Each task provides:

  • Task details: Name, status, deadline, and priority.

  • Collaboration threads: Dedicated communication areas for client or partner discussions, separate from internal agency communication.

This ensures clear, focused communication tailored to your role.


Project List: Access Relevant Projects

You’ll also see a curated list of projects the agency has shared with you. For each project, you’ll be able to:

  • View key details, including the brand name, project title, and the agency’s assigned Project Manager.

  • See a list of your colleagues or collaborators also invited to the project.

  • Track the invoicing progress percentage to stay informed about the project's financial status.

By clicking on the project name, you access the project details where you can:

  • See the list of agency team members responsible for the project.

  • See all the task within the project.

  • Use the +Task button to create new tasks for the agency.

  • When clicking on task, the modal window with task details will appear. Here you can see:

    • task and project name

    • task creator

    • assigned clients to the task

    • priority and deadline

    • task description (assignment)

    • communication thread where you can communicate with agency or upload attachments

    • File section where all the attachments are gathered


Create Tasks for the Agency

If you need to request work or contribute ideas, you can easily create tasks directly in Allfred:

  1. Click the Create Task button.

  2. Fill in the task name, project, description, status, priority, and deadline.

  3. Click on Create button. Task will appear in the agency’s system, where they can review it and assign it to the appropriate budget item.


Personal Settings: Manage Your Allfred Profile

Clients and partners can easily update their personal settings and manage notifications to tailor the Allfred experience to their preferences.

Accessing Personal Settings

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

From here, you can:

  • Edit Personal Details: Update your first name, last name, code name, email, phone number, and personal notes.

  • Notification Settings: Mute all email notifications with a single toggle.

  • Change Password: Enter your current password and set a new one securely.


Managing Notifications

Stay updated with Allfred's notification system to track your tasks and projects effortlessly:

  • Bell Icon: Displays updates about new or updated projects assigned to you.

  • Communication Icon: Centralized notifications for tasks, including status changes, comments, or important updates related to your assignments.

This ensures you never miss an important update and can stay aligned with your agency’s workflow.

With Allfred, you gain full transparency and collaboration tools for smoother project management. Your agency ensures you have access to the information and tools you need, while Allfred keeps processes streamlined and efficient.
