2. Workspace preparation

Your personalized workspace from the trial will serve as your starting point. Depending on your preferences, we can clear it or retain certain configurations and data. Allfred helps configure:

Recommended Pacing: Up to two workshops per week (maximum recommended) to ensure adequate time between sessions for applying new processes. If your agency has limited capacity, one workshop per week is advisable.

Typically, onboarding can be completed within one month if two workshops per week are scheduled. With limited team capacity, we recommend one workshop per week, extending the process slightly.

What data can we import into Allfred?
You can import clients, brands, contacts, billing addresses, contractors, rate cards, and users. Optional are also revenue and expense accounts.

Who needs to attend the onboarding sessions?
It depends on the workshop. Typically, project managers, team leaders, CFOs, admins, and managing directors participate based on their roles and responsibilities. User role participate only on few workshops (task management, resource planning, time tracking, time reports).

Can workshops be split by different teams?
Yes, workshops can be tailored for different teams or departments if needed.

Do we need to fill in import spreadsheets provided?
No, it’s not mandatory. You can enter data directly into Allfred. Additionally, in certain countries, Allfred connects to business registers, automatically pulling relevant company data.

Can onboarding sessions be recorded?
Yes, recordings are provided upon request for future reference or team training.
