The Budget Items Management feature in Allfred allows you to customize your project overview for better clarity and efficiency. You can set the order of Work budget items, hide completed items or set deadlines and add descriptions for improved management.
Moving Budget Items
Customize the Order of Your Budget Items:
Access Settings:
Reorder Items:
Drag and drop budget items by holding the two-line icon (handle) on the left side.
Save Changes:
After setting the order, click the "Save" button.
Hiding Budget Items
Simplify Your View by Hiding Completed Items:
Hide selected budget items for a clearer overview, such as completed items with 100% invoicing.
Access Settings:
Navigate to the settings icon in the upper right above the budget items in the project detail view.
Toggle Visibility:
Overview of Tasks and Invoicing:
Allfred provides an overview of the number of done tasks and the invoicing status of each budget item to help you decide which items to hide.
Save Changes:
After setting the visibility, click the "Save" button.
View Hidden Items:
Next to the settings button, Allfred shows the number of hidden budget items. You can easily show all hidden items by switching the button.
