The Project Billings Report is an essential tool for tracking billings across all ongoing and finished projects. This report allows you to analyze invoiced amounts for work, production, media, and royalties over a selected time period, providing valuable insights into your agency's financial performance.
You can access the Project Billings Report via Reports -> Project Billings.

Selecting the Time Frame
Use the arrows to switch between months or click on the button for the month to set a custom time frame.
Allfred will display billing data for projects that were active for at least one day within the selected period, based on the date of supply on invoices.

Using the search field, you can search for project, brands or clients

Use filters to narrow down the data you need.
Project Billings Summary
Left Side: Displays the summary of invoiced amounts for the displayed projects, as well as Share by brands and clients
Right Side: Shows the top projects by billings for the selected period.
Detailed Overview and Breakdown
The main table provides detailed data for each project within the selected time range. Here is a breakdown of the columns:
Work Invoiced: Invoiced amount of work budget items (without VAT).
Production Invoiced: Invoiced amount of production budget items (without VAT).
Media Invoiced: Invoiced amount of media budget items (without VAT).
Royalties Invoiced: Invoiced amount of royalties budget items (without VAT).
Total Invoiced: Sum of invoiced amounts of work, production, media, and royalties.
Gross Income: Sum of work invoiced plus production, media, and royalties profits.
Share Billings:
Upper Row: Percentage of total invoicing for the selected period and applied filters.
Bottom Row: Invoicing share of all projects active in the time range.
Project Details View
A detailed project summary is displayed when you hover over a brand row and click on the "Show details" button. This summary breaks down the invoiced amounts and net profit by categories such as work, production, media, and royalties. It also shows the net margin for each category and the overall gross income.

4. Grouping Brands by Client
You have the option to group brands by client, providing an overview one level higher. The Group button is located next to the time frame selection.

Brand Details View
