You can seamlessly set up recurring capacity allocations such as regular meetings etc. Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly repetition patterns. Further, customize by selecting a specific end date for the recurrence and specifying on which days the allocation should repeat.

Daily Repetition:

  • Specify a specific time, the number of hours per day, or the total number of hours. If you set the total number of hours, Allfred will automatically distribute this amount across the selected time range for the recurrence, and vice versa.

  • You can choose to include weekends if needed, and Allfred will automatically adjust the number of hours accordingly.

Weekly Repetition:

  • Define a specific time, the number of hours per day, or the total duration.

  • Select the days when the allocation should repeat.

  • Set the recurrence frequency (e.g., every X week(s)).

Monthly Repetition:

  • The allocation will repeat every month on the day specified as the "from date," regardless of whether it falls on the same day of the week each month.

  • note: We recommend using the Weekly repetition option if you need to create monthly allocations that should repeat on specific days. Select the required day(s) and set the repetition frequency every 4 weeks.

Yearly Repetition:

  • The allocation will repeat every year on the day specified as the "from date," reagardless of whether it aligns with the same day of the week.
