If you have Projects that you do not plan to invoice, are referred to as Pro Bono in Allfred. Find the tips below:
If tender:
Create a "Tender" brand under the "Your Company" client (Brand section, via the “Add new” button
Create a new project via the "+ New project" button
Fill in the main sheet with the details:
· Brand will be „Tender“
· Project name
· Team and time
· Sign check box Pro Bono – important
· Contact details
Creating a budget is necessary, as individual budget items represent sections to which Tasks and capacity are allocated and the subsequent report of hours worked is based on them.
Pro Bono serves only as an internal indicator of the report overview and data structure to evaluate how much time you spent and on what. If you win the tender, you will create a project under the brand of the client in question. You assign the budget via the "Assign" button from the tender project and re-report the hours for the project that will be paid. You can then delete the project under the "Tender" brand.
If you agree that the client will pay part of the "Sketch" tender, the procedure is the same as in the case of a winning tender (= you create a project). However, you only transfer the amount that will be paid to the billable project. Other hours (and other items for which re-invoicing was not approved) will remain on the Pro bono project under the tender brand.
If not tender:
Create a new project via the “+ New project” button
