The Budgets section in Allfred provides a comprehensive view of all created budgets. Access to these budgets is role-based, ensuring that each team member has visibility over the projects relevant to their responsibilities.

Here’s how budget access is structured based on different roles:

Budget Access by Role

  • Project Managers:
Project managers have access only to budgets that belong to the projects, brands, or clients where they are specifically assigned as the project manager.

  • Team Leader/Traffic Manager:
Team leaders and traffic managers can see all budgets related to the projects of their team.

  • Managing Director, CFO, Admin:
Users with roles such as managing director, CFO, or admin have access to all budgets across the entire organization. This level of access supports their need to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of the agency at a higher level.

About the "Proposals OLD" Section

Important Update:
We no longer recommend using the "Proposals OLD" section to access budget proposals. However, this section remains visible temporarily to support essential ongoing internal processes.

Accessing Budget Proposals:
To access current budget proposals, navigate to the Budgets section and click on the "Proposals" tab where all proposals are listed. Unlike the restricted budget access, all users can view and access these proposals.

Creating a New Project from a Proposal:
From the Proposals tab, you can easily create a new project based on an existing proposal by clicking the "+Project" button next to the desired proposal. This streamlines the transition from proposal to active project, ensuring a smooth workflow.
