The Budgets section in Allfred provides a comprehensive view of all created budgets and proposals. Access to these budgets is role-based, ensuring that each team member has visibility over the projects relevant to their responsibilities.

Proposals OLD Section Removed:

We have officially removed the "Proposals OLD" section to simplify the way you access budget proposals. Now, to view and manage current proposals, simply navigate to the "Budgets" section and click on the "Proposals" tab, as seen in the screenshot. Unlike the restricted budget access, where certain roles have limited visibility, all users can view and interact with the proposals listed under this tab.

Here’s how budget access is structured based on different roles:

Budget Access by Role

  • Project Managers:
Project managers have access only to budgets that belong to the projects, brands, or clients where they are specifically assigned as the project manager.

  • Team Leader/Traffic Manager:
Team leaders and traffic managers can see all budgets related to the projects of their team.

  • Managing Director, CFO, Admin:
Users with roles such as managing director, CFO, or admin have access to all budgets across the entire organization. This level of access supports their need to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of the agency at a higher level.

Creating a New Project from a Proposal tab:

From the Proposals tab, you can easily create a new project based on an existing proposal by clicking the "+Project" button next to the desired proposal. This streamlines the transition from proposal to active project, ensuring a smooth workflow.
