There are several technical reasons why the invitation email might not have reached the client:

  1. Spam or Promotions folder – Ask the client to check all folders in their inbox, especially:

    • Spam / Junk

    • Promotions

    • Updates

    • All Mail (especially in Gmail accounts)

  2. Email alias – If the client used an alias (e.g., [email protected] is just forwarding to another mailbox), the email might have landed in a different folder or could have been filtered or archived automatically by Gmail, without ever appearing in the main inbox or even the spam folder.

  3. Mail server filters – In some cases, company mail servers or personal spam filters may block or redirect automated emails like invitations.

Since these are external factors beyond Allfred’s control, we are unable to determine exactly what happened after the email left our system. However, we can verify on our side whether the invitation was successfully sent.
To do that, we just need the email address the client used when creating the account.

Recommended solutions:

  1. Resend the invitation – Make sure to send it to the original email address, not an alias.

  2. Set a password manually – You can create access for the client without needing the email invite:

    • Go to the Users section -> Client access

    • Click on client name, set a password, and save the changes.

    • Share the password with the client along with the correct login link:
      https://[agencyname].allfred.io
(replace [agencyname] with the part before .allfred.io in your agency’s URL)
⚠️ Avoid copying URLs from your own session – these may include tracking parameters or session-specific characters that can block login.
